We were made for this

For Valentine's Day, I baked Wilby an apple pie. And if you know me, you'd know that I can't cook for shit. This was clearly evident when I broke the oven door off of the oven the first time I tried to close it. I think that's lol-worthy. In the picture it looks pretty disgusting but I think it was pretty damn decent for a first time ever! He got me Quatchi & flowers! And if you knew him, you'd know that he would never step into a florist shop himself, let alone pick out flowers! I love you!

Afterwards, we went to Waterfront and Burrard to explore the Olympicness. When we first stepped outside Waterfront, we saw this torchbearer with his torch taking pictures with people so of course we went for a picture with the torch too. We were skeptical though because his torch didn't really look burned and he didn't have a number on his uniform. Then we went to see the flame outside the Convention Centre, Pan Pacific for a quick round, and down Gastown for the touristy shops. So much excitement downtown! It was a drag getting on skytrains because they're all packed but I think it's worth it. Come on, it's the freaking Olympics! It's all just part of the experience.

Hi, I'm Gail. I'm a 20 year old student in Vancouver, BC. I dance and I take photographs. I have a wishbone where my backbone ought to be.

This is a place for experiments and mistakes and inconsistency and trying to find out who I am and what I want to do. This blog is a collection of bad pictures, great pictures, good luck, real food, run-on sentences, happiness, inspiration, beautiful things, and moments in time.
